Waiver for Flexibility in Paraprofessional Requirements

TCSC is applying for a waiver for flexibility in paraprofessional requirements. This waiver allows us to hire from a larger pool of applicants, ensuring we get the best hire for our students.

Waiver for Increased Flexibility in Title IV Spending Requirements

TCSC is applying for a waiver for increased flexibility in Title IV spending requirements for LEAs that receive more than $30,000.
This allows us to utilize our funds more fluidly, allocating funds to areas of need as demonstrated by our students' data instead of being held to rigid spending guidelines.
